Condition requirements on StockX vary by marketplace. Verified Marketplace items must be brand new and meet StockX condition standards for their category. Listings Marketplace items may be new or used; condition is defined by the seller's description, photos, and disclosed condition level.
Verified Marketplace
All items sold on the
Verified Marketplace must be brand new and free from signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Sneakers and shoes sold on the Verified Marketplace must be brand new and include the original box. StockX also maintains a selection of B-Grade sneakers; check the product page to identify B-Grade items. B-Grade is typically stamped on the tag inside the shoe or on the shoe box.
Electronics sold on the Verified Marketplace must be brand new, with packaging still sealed and all retail accessories included. Electronics cannot show any signs of damage, usage, or tampering.
Apparel sold on the Verified Marketplace must be brand new, unworn, and include all original accessories.
Watches sold on the Verified Marketplace must be brand new, unworn, and include the original, non-expired warranty card.
