Can I cancel my purchase?

Orders on StockX generally cannot be modified once confirmed. The following options may be available to you depending on the order type and how it was placed.
  • Self-Service Cancellation: If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery window, a "Cancel" button will appear in the Pending Orders tab of your StockX account. Keep in mind, only eligible orders will display this option.
  • No Fee Resale: Relist your item on StockX within 90 days of delivery and StockX will waive all transaction, processing, and shipping fees. You can find this option in the Buying section of your StockX account. Learn more: What is No Fee Resale?
  • Return for Credit: If your item is eligible, you can return the item to StockX in exchange for StockX credit. You can find this option in the Buying History section of your StockX account. Learn more: What is StockX Credit?
Guest Checkout orders are not eligible for No Fee Resale or Self-Service Cancellation. However, every purchase is still covered by the StockX Buyer Promise. Learn more: What is the StockX Buyer Promise?
