Whether a purchase can be cancelled depends on which StockX marketplace the order was placed in, and its current status. This article covers cancellation options for the
Verified Marketplace and the
Listings Marketplace. EU and UK buyers have additional rights under the Right of Withdrawal policy.
Cancelling a Verified Marketplace purchase
Verified Marketplace purchases (new, unworn items) typically arrive within 5–12 business days. You can cancel select orders outside the estimated delivery window directly from your account.
- Go to the "Pending Orders" tab in your StockX account.
- If the order is eligible for cancellation, a self-service cancellation option will appear on the order.
Please note: Self-service cancellation is only available for orders placed through a StockX account. If you completed your purchase using Guest Checkout, your order may still be eligible for the StockX Buyer Promise.
Cancelling a Listings Marketplace purchase
Listings Marketplace purchases (used or unique items) typically arrive within 2–8 business days. If you would like to cancel your purchase, send the seller a Direct Message with your reasoning. It is up to the seller to determine if they will cancel or not. If you need additional assistance, reach out to StockX Support.
The seller has two (2) business days to ship the item to you. If the seller does not ship the item to you within 30 days of the sale, the order will be canceled automatically, and you will be refunded. Note: If you purchased verification (available on select Listings Marketplace items), the seller must first ship the item to StockX.
No Fee Resale
If you receive a Verified Marketplace item and decide you no longer want it, No Fee Resale lets you relist the item without transaction, processing, or shipping fees within 90 days of delivery.
Please note: Items purchased from the Listings Marketplace are not eligible for No Fee Resale, but can be relisted on the Listings Marketplace, which has zero seller fees at launch.
Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK buyers)
EU and UK buyers have the right to cancel a Verified Marketplace or Listings Marketplace purchase before the order ships, or within 14 days of receiving the order.
