Do I need to make an account in order to checkout?

Guest Checkout lets you purchase new, unworn items from the StockX Verified Marketplace without creating an account. To use Guest Checkout, provide an email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment method, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions. Registering for a StockX account unlocks additional features, including Offers, Order History, and faster checkout.

Currently, used and unique Listings Marketplace items are not eligible for Guest Checkout. You must log in or create an account to purchase a Listings item.

What's eligible for Guest Checkout
  • Verified Marketplace items: eligible
  • Xpress Ship items: eligible. Learn more: What is Xpress Ship?
  • Offers: not eligible. Guest Checkout orders may only be placed using Buy Now.
  • Gift Cards: not eligible. Gift Cards can only be applied through a registered account.
  • Promotional Discount Codes: eligible.

Platform availability
Guest Checkout is only available on Desktop Web and Mobile Web.

Tracking your order
To check the status of a Guest Checkout order, visit the Track Order Page or click "View Order" in your StockX order confirmation email. Enter your email address and order number to see the latest status.

Returns
If you purchased as a guest in the United States, you can return eligible items for credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return:
  1. Open your order confirmation or delivery email.
  2. Click "View Order" to go to your Order Details page.
  3. If the item is return-eligible, select "Create an account to initiate return."

If the item is not return-eligible, you still have the option to:
  • Create an account to resell the item without a fee
  • Create an account to place an Ask without a fee

Transferring your order to an account
Creating an account allows StockX to transfer your guest order so you can manage the order through your account.

When you log in or sign up, you will be asked to confirm your email address. Selecting Confirm transfers the order to your account. Selecting Cancel leaves the order as a guest order.

After confirming, go to Profile > Buying > History to find your transferred order. From there, you can initiate a return (if eligible), resell without a fee, or place an Ask without a fee. Learn more: What is No Fee Resale?
