Do I need to make an account in order to checkout?

By using our Guest Checkout feature, you can order an item without creating an account by providing an email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment method - as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

However, keep in mind that by registering for a StockX account, you can stay informed on new product releases and exclusive promotions, have full access to the StockX marketplace and features like Bidding and Order History, as well as faster checkout for your future purchases.

Can I order an item with Xpress Ship via Guest Checkout?
Xpress Ship items are eligible via Guest Checkout. To learn more, please visit our FAQ: What is Xpress Ship?

How can I check on the status of my order placed via Guest Checkout?
You can review the status of your order by visiting our Track Order Page or by clicking “View Order” in your StockX order confirmation email. Enter your email address and order number, and we'll provide you the latest status.

What platforms are Guest Checkout available on?
Guest Checkout is only available for Desktop Web and Mobile Web users.

Can I place a Bid via Guest Checkout?
Guest Checkout orders are not eligible for Bidding, and may only be placed using the Buy Now option.

Can I use a Gift Card or Discount Code when ordering via Guest Checkout?
Gift Cards can only be applied when ordering through a registered account. Eligible marketing and promotional Discount Codes can be applied when using Guest Checkout.

Can I resell my items using No Fee Resale via Guest Checkout?
No Fee Resale is currently not eligible for Guest Checkout Users.

Can I return my item if I purchased it using Guest Checkout?
Yes. If you purchased as a guest in the US, you can return eligible items for credit only within 14 days of delivery.

How do I start a return?
  1. Open the order confirmation or delivery email.
  2. Click “View Order” to go to your Order Details page.
  3. If your item is return-eligible, you’ll see a button to “Create an account to initiate return.”

What if my item is not return-eligible?
If your product cannot be returned, you’ll still have the option to:
  • Create an account to resell without a fee, or
  • Create an account to place an Ask without a fee.

Why do I need to create an account?
Creating an account allows us to transfer your guest order into your account so you can manage it.

How does the transfer work?
When you log in or sign up, you’ll be asked to confirm your email address. Clicking Confirm will transfer your order. If you choose Cancel, the order will not be transferred.

Where can I find my order after transfer?
After confirming, go to Profile > Buying > History in your account. From there, you can:
  • Initiate a return (if eligible)
  • Resell with no fees
  • Place an Ask with no fees
