What is the StockX Shopify Integration?
This integration allows StockX sellers to list and manage their items using the
StockX Sales Channel App on Shopify. The integration is open to StockX sellers with an active account. Downloading the app is free, but StockX’s seller fees apply, including a payment processing fee and the transaction fee determined by your seller level.
Visit here for more information about StockX’s fees.
Sellers must also have an account with Shopify. For information about how Shopify works,

How do I link my StockX account to Shopify?
Go to the Shopify App Store and download the
StockX Sales Channel App. After installing, go to your Shopify admin panel, and select "Sales Channel," then select the "StockX" app. Click on the “Connect” button to connect your StockX account. You will need your StockX user ID and other relevant credentials.
What products can I sell on StockX?
StockX’s catalog features a wide variety of current culture items such as sneakers, streetwear, electronics, and collectibles, including items from Nike, Adidas, Air Jordan, ASICS, Supreme, Fear of God, Louis Vuitton, Pop Mart, Sony PlayStation, and more. Please ensure that the products you would like to sell are in StockX’s catalog. You can confirm by searching for your products
here or searching by brand
here.
How do I map all of my StockX products to Shopify?
Shopify products are primarily matched to the StockX catalog using the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) value, which can be found in the Barcode field (ISBN, UPC, EAN, etc.) on the product's variant page. If a GTIN match isn't found, the system will attempt to match using the StockX Style ID product metafield. This metafield should contain the unique Style ID that corresponds to the product on the StockX website. An exact match to the value on the StockX website is preferred.
Open a product on Shopify, and click on a particular variant. Confirm the correct GTIN value is in the ”Barcode (ISBN, UPC, GTIN, etc.)” field on the variant page. Open the product page on Shopify, and check the StockX Style ID and StockX Size Chart product metafields. Then, open the variant page on Shopify, and check that the StockX Size Variant metafield is filled. Use the app interface to select products that you want to list on StockX.
Does this integration work with Flex?
No, Flex items cannot be sold using the Shopify integration, only listings on the standard StockX marketplace.
How do I edit my listings?
If you have a listing from Shopify, the price will be updated on StockX whenever you update the price on Shopify. If you make a change to your products or prices on Shopify, the changes will be pushed to StockX and override any price there. Any product or price-related changes on StockX will not reflect on Shopify.
How will my existing StockX listings created outside Shopify be impacted if the same product is listed through Shopify?
Any price changes made on Shopify or StockX will be reflected on StockX, and if an order is completed, the order will be placed on Shopify, and the inventory will be adjusted accordingly. Deleting a listing from StockX will not delete the listing from Shopify. The listing may get relisted at any time; you would need to exclude the product from the StockX sales channel on Shopify to avoid relisting.
What happens when an item is sold?
Sellers must fulfill orders as they come in. Once a sale on StockX occurs, the Shopify quantity will be decreased, and the StockX listing will be replaced by a new one, if there is remaining quantity in Shopify.
StockX orders must be shipped using the label and documents provided by StockX. This is available on the StockX
pending selling page or
StockX Pro. Do not use your own label, or your orders may be canceled.
When do I get paid if my item sells on Shopify?
Once your product is verified by StockX, you will be paid out that day.
How do I publish only a few variants of a product?
Currently, we don’t support publishing select variants; you can only publish all variants of the product. However, you can delist a product by removing the GTIN of the particular variant.
