You can update your payout method or account details at any time through Hyperwallet, StockX's payout partner. Any change to your payout information triggers a temporary security hold on your payouts until the update is verified.
Updating your payout details
Go to
stockx.com/account/wallet to access your payout settings. You will be taken to a new Hyperwallet window to make changes.
Update your payout method or account details as needed.
Check your email for a verification message from
[email protected] with the subject line: {Action Required} Verify Your Payout Information.
Follow the instructions in the email to confirm the change. Your payouts will remain on hold until verification is complete.
If you do not see the verification email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
If you receive a verification email for changes you did not make, advise StockX Customer Service immediately to secure your account.
