Listings Marketplace orders where the buyer has purchased StockX verification, items typically take 1–2 business days to be inspected after arriving at a StockX Verification Center. Some orders require additional review from the StockX Quality Assurance team, which can extend the timeline to 3–5 business days. Certain handbag items may have an extended verification time.
Xpress Ship orders
Items verified by StockX or shipped directly from a StockX Verified Seller through Xpress Ship will ship as soon as the order is placed.
Can a seller expedite verification with a receipt of purchase?
No. The StockX verification process evaluates the condition of the item, the item's container, and the item's accessories. Proof of purchase does not factor into the review, and sellers are not required to provide it.
To help an item pass verification as quickly as possible:
- Package the item according to StockX shipping guidelines.
- Include all required accessories.
- Store the item carefully to minimize wear and tear on the box before shipping.
