What is the StockX Return Policy?

US customers can return eligible Verified Marketplace purchases within 14 days of delivery for StockX Credit. Eligible items are labeled "14 Day Return" on the product page and in your Buying History at the time of purchase. For Listings Marketplace items and issues on any order (wrong item, wrong size, damaged, or materially different from the description), coverage falls under the StockX Buyer Promise rather than the StockX Return Policy.

Verified Marketplace returns
To be eligible for a 14-day return, the following conditions must be met:
  • The product page and your Buying History show the "14 Day Return" label at the time of purchase. Eligibility is specific to the product and size purchased.
  • The item is unused and in the same condition as delivered. If the item had the StockX tag or sticker attached, it must also be attached.

Please note: Price fluctuations in the live marketplace may affect future eligibility for 14-day returns.

To start a return:
  1. Go to your profile and select Buying > History.
  2. Select the order to open the Order Details page.
  3. Click "Start Return" and follow the on-screen steps to generate your label.
  4. Ship the item using the return label provided in Order Details. Returns shipped with a different label may be delayed, lost, or ineligible for credit.

The return must be shipped to a StockX facility within 7 days of initiating the return. If the return is accepted, StockX Credit is issued. StockX Credit is available to US customers only and is issued in USD. To apply StockX Credit to an order, Two-Step Verification must be enabled on your account. Learn more: Two-Step Verification

All Verified Marketplace returns are subject to review and may be denied if flagged. If a return does not pass Returns Verification, you will be asked to confirm your payment information and pay the cost of return shipping before the item is sent back to you. Return orders are subject to StockX's terms and conditions, including shipping timeframe requirements.

Listings Marketplace returns
All Listings orders are covered by the StockX Buyer Promise when the item received does not match the seller's description. You can request a return for a full refund to your original payment method. Learn more: What is the StockX Buyer Promise?

No Fee Resale
If your item is not eligible for a 14-day return, the No Fee Resale option lets you resell the item without selling fees within 90 days of delivery. Learn more: What Is No Fee Resale?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase but the item matches the description, you can list the item for resale on StockX. At the launch of Listings, there are no seller fees.
