The StockX Verified Seller Program is a pilot program available to a small group of sellers that have continuously demonstrated the highest standards of performance, product quality, speed of shipment, and adherence to our terms and conditions. Verified sellers will be able to ship sold items directly to the Buyer after an item is sold. For the buyer, this means they’ll receive their items significantly faster than our standard shipping experience, all while shopping with confidence knowing that every purchase they make on StockX is

backed by our Buyer Promise.

This program is currently invite-only.

The confirmation email customers receive after placing an order will specify whether the item they purchased is verified by StockX or shipped directly from a StockX Verified Seller. This information will also be visible on the “Buying” section of a customer’s StockX profile under the “Orders” page.

Any item sold through the program will be denoted by the Xpress Ship rocket Icon. In most cases, products that ship directly from a StockX Verified Seller will ship at the same speed as pre-verified Xpress Ship items and faster than products that are routed through the traditional verification process.

In all cases, the StockX green tag or sticker is affixed to the product.

Sellers in the program are subject to background and identity verification checks, regular audits, and site visits, and must adhere to the highest benchmarks for Seller performance and product quality.
