How do I contact customer service and when can I expect to hear back?

Many questions about StockX can be answered by visiting our StockX Help Centre.

The Help Centre will guide you to the most common questions you might have about StockX. Our goal is to help you resolve your issues as quickly as possible with expert insight, troubleshooting tips and self-service solutions. You can review popular articles, choose the kind of help you need and search for the answer to your question. 

At StockX, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer support to enhance your experience. Our StockX Help Centre is a valuable resource for finding answers to your questions. However, for personalised assistance, you can reach us by live chat (in select regions) or simply select "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page for a prompt email reply. 
Additionally, US Buyers can now request phone calls directly from StockX.

These options will provide you with the fastest way to get help!

 

How do I use StockX's live chat feature?

 

StockX offers real-time interaction with our support team by live chat for web or mobile users in the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy and China.


Live chat is available during these hours:

US and Canada - Please note that chat is available in Canada when your language is set to English.
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm ET 

Saturday - Sunday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm ET

Live chat is available Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm local time in other countries.

 

To access chat, you must be logged in to your StockX account. When you've signed in, live chat is available on the Help Centre and you can start the chatbot by clicking the chat icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen to open a chat window. You can also find live chat within the Settings in the mobile app.


From here, you will be able to ask specific questions or enter details about the issue you’re having. You will be able to select from common reasons that customers contact us for support. Most importantly, you’ll be able to get connected to one of our Customer Service teammates who will be able to give you live help.


If you need help outside of the listed chat hours, you’re more than welcome to contact Customer Service using the "Contact Us" button in the Help Centre. This will open a case and a Customer Service teammate will get in touch with you by email. 

 

 

How do I contact customer service from the StockX Help Centre "Contact Us"?

 

You can request an email reply from our Customer Service team by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page.

 

From here, you'll be able to select from three common queries or type your own question using the text box.

  1. Where is my order?
  2. Buying and Selling Information
  3. Issue with purchased item

 

StockX will attempt to locate the most useful FAQ content to resolve your issue immediately based on the information you provide. If your query isn't covered by the FAQ, you will be given the option to connect with StockX Customer Service by opening a case, and a team mate will contact you by email to follow up about your specific issue.

  • Please include your order number if applicable and attach any relevant files as well.

 

Response times may vary but our goal is to assist you within 48 hours. To help speed up the process, please submit only one request per issue. We respond to enquiries in the order in which they are received.

 

How do I request a phone call?

 

Phone support is available to all US-based StockX users with a valid US billing address  from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. ET Monday to Friday. To request a phone call for Buyer assistance, log in to your StockX account and visit our Help Centre. Select the "Let us call you" button and one of our customer service team mates will contact you at the phone number you have listed on your StockX account, typically within 20 minutes.
