We aim to provide the best customer experience so you can shop confidently. For eligible items, we are rolling out our new Return Policy where you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for StockX Credit.
Return your item if you are not satisfied with your purchase, such as the fit was not as expected or if you simply changed your mind.
However, if there is something wrong with your order (damaged item, received the wrong order etc.) we still stand behind every order with our
Buyer Promise.
This is how to get started
To ensure the best experience and access to all features, please make sure that you're using the latest version of the StockX app.
- Visit the Buying History section of your StockX Profile.
- You can access this through Profile > Buying > History.
- Click the order you want to return to open the 'Order Details' page.
- Click the 'Start Return' button to begin processing your return for credit.
- Once confirmed, you will be provided with a returns label along with instructions for sending your item back.
For items not covered by our 14-day return policy, our No Fee Resale option allows you to resell your item without selling fees within 90 days of delivery. For more information, check out our FAQ:

Returns Policy Requirements
For items that do not pass our Returns Verification, you will be asked to confirm your payment information and pay the cost of return shipping. Once confirmed, your item will be sent back to you.
Bear in mind that the 14-Day Returns feature is only available for orders placed after 15 October 2024.
