Once your Bid has been accepted by a Seller, your order cannot be cancelled (except for EU/UK consumers’ statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery). This keeps offers real, active and dependable, which fosters Seller trust in the marketplace and ultimately leads to more items being offered on StockX, which is good for Buyers.
Although StockX will send you an email when your Bid is about to expire to see if you would like to renew it, the easiest way to manage your current Bid is through the
Current section of your
StockX Buying tab.
If you're not sure whether you'd like to place a Bid on an item just yet, you can follow it from any item's product page by clicking the:
- Desktop: heart icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Mobile: + icon
When you follow an item, you will be prompted to select a size and once confirmed, you'll be able to check the price of the item by going to My Account > Following so you can see the price of items you're interested in without committing to a Bid.
At StockX, we provide the best-in-class experience for all of our customers. In the unlikely event that we make a mistake (i.e. we send you the wrong order, we incorrectly verify a purchase), we will work expeditiously to resolve the issue as part of the
StockX Buyer Promise and correct any errors made. This StockX Buyer's Promise exists in addition to EU/UK residents' statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery and your statutory right of revocation.
