StockX gift cards are the perfect way to give the gift of choice, enabling your friends and family to choose from our vast selection of sneakers, clothing, electronics, collectibles and more. You can choose from various set amounts or enter a custom amount between $25 and $500 (or the equivalent in your local currency) to suit your gifting needs. You can also include a personal message and send the gift card directly to the recipient via email.
To apply a gift card to a purchase, Two-Step verification must be enabled on your StockX account and your default currency must be set to the same currency as the gift card. Gift cards can only be applied to Buy Now orders and not Bids.
Where can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card here or in the following locations depending on the platform you’re using. For app users, please make sure that you're using the latest version.
- Web: Select the Gift Cards option from the navigation bar at the top of the StockX home page.
- iOS/Android: Scroll down to the 'Shop by Category' section on the StockX home page and select the Gift Cards option.
What payment methods can I use to purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card using major credit and/or debit payment methods offered by StockX, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Are there limits to gift card purchases?
Gift cards must be between $25 and $500 in value. You can purchase a maximum of $2,000 (or the equivalent in your local currency) worth of gift cards in a single day. When entering a custom gift card amount, it must be a whole number (no decimals or partial values).
How do I redeem my StockX gift card?
To redeem your gift card, you can do any of the following:
- Go to the Wallet section of your StockX profile and click 'Redeem Gift Card' at the bottom.
- Enter the gift card number and its PIN to add it to your account.
- If you have linked gift cards of 2 different currencies, only the gift card balance associated with the user-preferred currency will be displayed. To see gift cards in another currency, please update your currency settings
- At checkout, click "Add" next to the Gift Card section of the Buy Now page.
- Enter the gift card number and its PIN to apply the gift card to that purchase.
- Your default currency must be set to the currency of the gift card to be used at checkout.
A single purchase may only use up to $1000 (or equivalent in local currency) in gift cards.
Do StockX gift cards expire or have any fees?
Gift cards do not expire and do not have any fees associated with purchase or redemption.
Can I reload, return or get a refund on my StockX gift card?
Currently, StockX gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds, returned or refunded. We encourage you to use gift cards to explore the full range of items available on our marketplace.
If you are an EU/UK resident and would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, gift cards can be returned and refunded to the original payment method, and purchases made with a gift card can be returned and the credit returned back to the gift card. Which Countries are Eligible for Gift Cards?
Gift cards can only be purchased by customers who reside in the US, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands or Italy.
EU and UK gift card can be purchased with credit or debit payment methods and on iOS, web and Android. Purchasing with Apple Pay and Google Pay and on Android will be available soon
