To begin the support process, select "Contact Us" at the bottom of the Help Centre or click the green widget on the left. On the StockX app, log in and select "Chat" from your account settings. Our chatbot is available 24/7 to provide a guided experience to help us understand your issue. If the chatbot is unable to resolve it, we’ll provide the most efficient contact channels available to connect with our Customer Service team.
