StockX Help Center allows you to search for answers, browse FAQs, and get connected with our Customer Service team.
To begin the support process, select “Contact Us” at the bottom of the Help Center, or by clicking the scrolling green widget on the right. On the StockX app, log in and select “Chat” from your account settings. Our Chatbot is available 24/7 to provide a guided experience to help us understand your issue. If the Chatbot is unable to resolve it, we’ll provide the most efficient and available contact channels to connect with our Customer Service team.
