Depending on where they live, some Sellers on StockX will be able to drop their orders off at a StockX drop-off location in their area.

 

Although it is not required, Sellers interested in using drop-off locations are encouraged to schedule an appointment at their nearest centre. Additionally, StockX can only guarantee the same-day check-in of items for Sellers who have an appointment for that day. Items that are walk-in drop-offs are not guaranteed to be checked in on the day they are delivered to the centre.

 

Any shipping fees charged upon the confirmation of your sale will be refunded after the item has been scanned in at the drop-off location

 

 

 

Sellers do not need to provide a shipping box or print their shipping label when using a drop-off centre. Our drop-off locations also have Verification Experts on-site who will check your item prior to sending it to the Buyer.

 

If your item fails verification, it will be shipped back to the billing address on file for your account.
