Where to drop off your StockX parcel

The postage label shows you which carrier to use when dropping off your sold item. In the United States, StockX uses USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the order. For international postage information, visit our FAQ: Postage Instructions on StockX. Check the label before you leave, as some labels display a USPS tracking number even though the parcel must be dropped off with a different carrier.

If your label says "USPS Ground Advantage"
Drop it off at any post office or blue USPS collection box.

If your label says "UPS Ground Saver"
Drop it off at a UPS location only. Do not take a UPS Ground Saver package to USPS.

UPS Ground Saver labels display a USPS tracking number, which can be confusing. However, UPS Ground Saver parcels must first be dropped off with UPS. UPS transports the parcel before handing it over to USPS for final delivery. USPS cannot accept UPS Ground Saver parcels directly from sellers.

To check which carrier to use, look for the words "UPS Ground Saver" printed in the middle of the label. If you see those words, take your parcel to UPS.

Accepted UPS Ground Saver drop-off locations:
  • UPS Store
  • UPS drop box
  • UPS Customer Centre

Please note that you should always ask for a drop-off receipt to confirm that the parcel has been accepted.

If your label says "FedEx Ground"
Drop it off at a FedEx location only. Do not take a FedEx Ground package to USPS.

FedEx Ground Economy labels display a USPS tracking number, which can be confusing. However, FedEx Ground Economy parcels must first be dropped off with FedEx. FedEx transports the parcel before handing it over to USPS for final delivery. USPS cannot accept FedEx Ground Economy parcels directly from sellers.

To confirm which carrier to use, look for the words "FedEx Ground" printed in the top right-hand section of the label. If you see those words, take your parcel to FedEx.

Accepted FedEx Ground drop-off locations:
  • FedEx Office
  • FedEx Ship Centre
  • FedEx Authorised Ship Centre
  • FedEx Drop Box (accepts parcels up to 20 x 12 x 6 in)
  • Walgreens, Dollar General and selected supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide

Please note that you should always ask for a drop-off receipt to confirm that the parcel has been accepted.

Dropped off at the wrong carrier?
StockX Customer Service will be happy to help. Don't wait in the hope that the issue will resolve itself. Once a parcel enters the wrong carrier's network, the options for recovering it are limited. The deadline for filing a claim may pass before the issue is identified.
