Verified Marketplace orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days, Listings Marketplace orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days, unless verification has been purchased, and Live Marketplace orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days.

StockX sends order updates to the email address associated with your StockX account, and you can also track order status in the Buying section of your account. For orders on the Verified Marketplace using Guest Checkout, you can review the status of your order by visiting our Track Order Page or by clicking "View Order" in your StockX order confirmation email. Enter your email address and order number, and we'll provide you with the latest status.

New and unworn items purchased on the Verified Marketplace are typically delivered within 5–12 business days. This window accounts for seller shipping time and StockX's verification process. For used or unique items purchased on the Listings Marketplace, the seller ships the item directly to you, typically within 2–8 business days. An estimated delivery date is displayed at checkout based on the delivery method and whether you select verification.

For most Listings orders, the seller is expected to ship within 2 business days of order confirmation. If the 2-day shipping window has passed, you can reach out to your seller via Direct Message to inquire when they will be shipping. If the seller has not shipped the item after 30 days, the order will automatically be cancelled, and you will be refunded.

If you select verification at checkout for a Listings order, the overall delivery time is 5–12 business days. The seller ships the item to StockX for verification, and StockX ships the item to your address on file once the item passes verification. If the item fails verification, StockX will issue a refund. Items purchased on StockX Live are shipped directly from the seller to you. Sellers are expected to ship within 2 business days of the sale, and delivery typically takes 2–8 business days from the time the seller ships. Items do not pass through a StockX Verification Center.
