The now-iconic bag currently rank as the most popular luxury handbags on StockX, outselling venerable fashion powerhouses like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel. The limited supply and incredible hype means that the bags uniformly trade above retail. Over the past 12 months, our data shows that the average bag sells for $254, or 44% above retail. Compared to other brands in the luxury handbag market, the Telfar shopping bag is still extremely affordable even with that price premium. 

While most trade for well above retail, the exact price of each bag on StockX is a function of market forces, and prices can vary significantly. An important factor is colorway. The small black Telfar Shopping bag is trading at a nearly 100% price premium, or around $300 on average, according to recent StockX data. Other small bags, like the red colorway, trade for around $100 less than the black bag.
