Delivery options depend on which StockX marketplace the item was purchased from: Verified, Listings, or Live. Each marketplace ships with a different primary carrier, and each carrier offers its own tools for managing delivery. StockX cannot change a delivery address once an order is in progress; all delivery changes must be made directly with the carrier.
Before you start
- Providing the carrier with additional details such as name variations, household member names, or package matching options may improve eligibility for delivery services, but eligibility is not guaranteed.
- Please note: If a buyer uses a carrier's tools to change the delivery address or delivery window, the order becomes ineligible for a StockX claim if the package is not delivered or arrives damaged.
Verified Marketplace
New, unworn items on the Verified Marketplace ship via a carrier assigned to the order, which may include UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on region and shipping method.
- Eligible Verified Marketplace items also qualify for Xpress Ship, which offers three-day delivery in North America and Europe and next-day delivery in the United States. Xpress Ship items are pre-verified by StockX or shipped directly from a StockX Verified Seller after an order is placed. A rocket icon on the product listing identifies Xpress Ship items.
