Buyer Promise Support Request Form Photo Specifications

In order to ensure a successful review of your return request, please include all necessary photos, as outlined in our Buyer Promise Support Request form. If the correct photos are not included, your return request will be denied, and you will need to resubmit the form with the correct information.

Are there any photo requirements for return requests?
All photos submitted with your return request should meet the following specifications:

  • Clear, and not blurry
  • Zoomed in to take up most of the frame
  • Taken in a well lit area without shadows
  • Formatted properly (png, jpeg, bmp, gif, tiff)
  • Maximum of 5MB in size

What photos should I include with a return request for an item within the Shoes or Sneakers category?
If your return request includes an item within the Sneakers or Shoes category, please be sure to include the following images with your form submission:

  • A photo of the product with the StockX tag or sticker attached.
  • A clear zoomed in photo of the StockX QR code.

What photos should I include with a return request for an item within the Apparel, Electronics, Trading Cards, Collectibles, or Accessories category?
If your return request includes an item within the Apparel, Electronics, Trading Cards, Collectibles, or Accessories category, please be sure to include the following images with your form submission:

  • A photo of the product packaging (if applicable).
  • A photo of the product with the StockX tag or sticker attached.
  • A clear zoomed-in photo of the item SKU code or console item serial number.
  • A clear zoomed in photo of the StockX QR code.

What photos should I include with my return request if the item I received is the wrong size?
If you are requesting to return your item due to receiving the incorrect size, you will need to include a photo of the size label(s) with your form submission.

What photos should I include with my return request if the item arrived broken?
If you are requesting to return your item due to it arriving broken, you will need to include a photo of the shipping box with your form submission.
