Can I cancel my purchase?

Confirmed purchases typically arrive within 5-12 business days. Although generally orders cannot be altered after being confirmed, if you find yourself needing to change your order after purchasing, we’re here to help with some options available to you as a Buyer.

No Fee Resale
With No Fee Resale, you can easily resell your recently purchased item after receiving it, and StockX will waive the fees within 90 days of delivery. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Residents)
The right of withdrawal for EU/UK consumers grants Buyers within those countries the right to cancel a purchase from your StockX account before it ships, or within 14 days of receiving it. Self Service
You can cancel select orders outside the estimated delivery window directly from your StockX account.

If your order meets these cancellation criteria, the self-service cancellation option will appear in the "Pending Orders" tab of your account.
