What is the StockX Return Policy?

At StockX, we aim to provide the best customer experience so you can shop confidently. For eligible items ordered after October 15, 2024, we are gradually rolling out our new Return Policy where you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Introducing Extended Holiday Returns
Eligible purchases made between November 27, 2024 - December 31, 2024 can be returned through January 15, 2025 for StockX Credit.

Get a full refund in StockX credit (minus the original shipping cost) if you're not completely satisfied.

Return your item if you are not satisfied with your purchase, such as the fit was not as expected or if you simply changed your mind.

However, if there is something wrong with your order (damaged item, received the wrong order, etc.) we still stand behind every order with our Buyer Promise.

Here’s how to get started
To ensure the best experience and access to all features, please make sure you're using the latest version of the StockX app.

  1. Visit the Buying History section of your StockX Profile.
  2. You can access this through your Profile > Buying > History.
  3. Click the order you'd like to return to open the “Order Details” page.
  4. Click the “Start Return” button to begin the processing of your return for credit.
  5. Once confirmed, you will be provided a shipping label along with instructions for shipping your return.

For items not covered by our 14-day return policy, our No Fee Resale option allows you to resell your item without selling fees within 90 days of delivery. For more information, check out our FAQ: What Is No Fee Resale?

Returns Policy Requirements
  • Products must be purchased using a registered StockX account. Purchases made using the Guest Checkout option are not eligible for Returns Or No Fee Resale.
  • Products must be in the same condition as they were delivered (i.e. unused, with StockX tag or StockX sticker attached).
  • The item must be a return-eligible product, which is determined based on the exact product and size that has been purchased from StockX. If your item is return eligible, it will be labeled “14 Day Return” on the item’s product page at the time of purchase as well as in your Buying History in your Account Profile.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Our 14-day return policy is applicable to US customers only (and shall not limit the statutory right of withdrawal for EU/UK residents).
  • Return orders are subject to our terms and conditions, including shipping time frame requirements.
  • To apply StockX Credit to an order, Two-Step Verification must be enabled on your account. To learn more about Two-Step Verification, please visit our FAQ: Two-Step Verification
  • To track the status of a Return, you can reference your Order Details in your Account Profile or visit our Track My Order page.
  • Sellers will not be responsible for processing or taking back the item when a buyer makes a return. Returns will be handled by StockX, and the seller’s original sale will not be impacted.
  • As a live marketplace, price fluctuations may alter the eligibility of future purchases for our Return Policy.
  • Once your item arrives at our facility, you can expect your return to be processed within a minimum of 3-5 business days.

For items that do not pass our Returns Verification, you will be asked to confirm your payment information and pay the cost of return shipping. Once confirmed, your item will be sent back to you.

Keep in mind, the 14-Day Returns feature is only available for orders placed after October 15th, 2024.
