Whether you can change a shipping address after purchase depends on which StockX marketplace you used. On the
Verified Marketplace, address changes are possible before an item is verified. On the
Listings Marketplace, address changes are not possible once a purchase is confirmed.
Verified Marketplace purchases
To change your shipping address on a
Verified Marketplace order, submit a request to Customer Service before the item is verified. Your request must include:
- Your order details
- Your new shipping address
- Proof of identification and proof of address
Listings Marketplace purchases
Because many items on the
Listings Marketplace ship directly from the seller to the buyer, the shipping address cannot be changed once a purchase is confirmed.
If you purchased verification on a Listings Marketplace item, submit a request to Customer Service before the item is verified.

- StockX cannot change the destination country of a shipment once an order is confirmed. Verify all shipping information before placing an order.
- Address changes are not available for orders placed using monthly installment payment methods, including PayPal Pay Later and Klarna Pay Now.
- Address changes are not available for orders placed using Alipay or WeChat Pay.
