How do I contact customer service and when can I expect to hear back?


Many questions about StockX can be answered by visiting our StockX Help Center.

The Help Center will guide you to the most common questions you may have about StockX. Our goal is to help you resolve your issues as quickly as possible with expert insight, troubleshooting tips, and self-service solutions. You can review popular articles, choose the kind of help you need, or search for the answer to your question. 

At StockX, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer support to enhance your experience. Our StockX Help Center is a valuable resource for finding answers to your questions. However, for personalized assistance, you can reach us by live chat (in select regions) or simply select "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page for a prompt email reply. 
Additionally, US Buyers can now request phone calls directly from StockX.

These options will provide you with the fastest way to get help!


How do I utilize StockX's live chat feature?


StockX offers real-time interaction with our support team by live chat for web or mobile users in the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, and China.

Live chat is available during these hours:

US and Canada - Please note, chat is available in Canada when your language is set to English.
Monday - Friday 9am - 9pm ET 

Saturday - Sunday 10am - 6pm ET

Live chat is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm local time in other countries.


To access chat, you must be logged in to your StockX account. Once signed in, live chat is available on the Help Center and you can initiate the chatbot by clicking the chat icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen to open a chat window. You can also find live chat within the Settings in the mobile App.

From here, you will be able to ask specific questions or enter the issue you’re having. You will be able to select from common reasons that customers reach out for support. Most importantly, you’ll be able to get connected to one of our Customer Service teammates who will be able to give you live help.

If you need help outside of the listed chat hours, you’re more than welcome to contact Customer Service using the "Contact Us" button on the Help Center. This will open a case and a Customer Service teammate will get in touch with you through email. 



How do I contact customer service from the StockX Help Center "Contact Us"?


You can request an email reply from our Customer Service team by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page.


From here, you'll be able to select from three common queries or type in your own question using the text box.

  1. Where is my Order?
  2. Buying and Selling Information
  3. Issue with purchased item


StockX will attempt to locate the most useful FAQ content to resolve your issue immediately based on the information you provide. If your query isn't covered by the FAQ, you will be given the option to connect with StockX Customer Service by opening a case, where a teammate will contact you via email to follow up about your specific issue.

  • Please include your order number if applicable and attach any relevant files as well.


Response times may vary but our goal is to assist you within 48 hours. To help expedite the process, please submit only one request per issue. Inquiries are responded to in the order that they are received.


How do I request a phone call?


Phone support is available to all US-based StockX users with a valid US Billing address  from 9am to 5pm ET Monday through Friday. To request a phone call for Buyer assistance, log in to your StockX account and visit our Help Center. Select the “Let us call you” button and one of our customer service teammates will contact you using the phone number you have listed on your StockX account, typically within 20 minutes.
