How do I contact customer service and when can I expect to hear back?

If you would like personalized assistance, StockX also offers live chat for web users in the US. You can connect with us by live chat or you can select Contact Us to receive a reply via email. Both of these options will provide you with the fastest way to get help.


How do I utilize StockX's live chat feature?


Live chat is available in the US during these hours:

Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET 

Saturday - Sunday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET. 


To access chat, navigate to Live chat is available on the Help Center in the bottom left corner. You can also find live chat within the Settings in the mobile App.

You must be logged in to your StockX account and once signed in, you can initiate the chatbot by clicking the chat icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen to open a chat window.

From here, you will be able to ask specific questions or enter the issue you’re having. Additionally, you will be able to select from common reasons that customers reach out for support. Most importantly, you’ll be able to get connected to one of our Customer Service teammates who will be able to give you live help.

If you need help outside of the listed chat hours, you’re more than welcome to contact Customer Service through the Help Center. This will open a case and a Customer Service teammate will get in touch with you through email. 



How do I contact customer service from the StockX Help Center?


The Help Center always guides you to the most common questions you may have about StockX. Our goal is to help you resolve your issues as quickly as possible with expert insight, troubleshooting tips, and self-service solutions. For more personalized support, you can also request an email reply from our Customer Service team by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page.


From here, you'll be able to select from three common queries or type in your own question using the text box.

  3. Issue with purchased item


StockX will attempt to locate the most useful FAQ content to resolve your issue immediately based on the information you provide. If your query isn't covered by the FAQ, you will be given the option to connect with StockX Customer Service by opening a case, where a teammate will contact you via email to follow up about your specific issue.

  • Please include your order number if applicable and attach any relevant files as well.


Response times may vary but our goal is to assist you within 48 hours. To help expedite the process, please submit only one request per issue. Inquiries are responded to in the order that they are received.
