How does shipping on StockX work for sellers?

Shipping for sellers depends on whether the item was sold on the Verified Marketplace for new, unworn items or the Listings Marketplace for used or unique items. StockX provides a prepaid shipping label for sales on both marketplaces, with the steps and timelines varying between the two.

Verified Marketplace
After selling a Verified Marketplace item, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your shipping deadline. This information is also available in the Pending section of StockX Pro.

From StockX Pro, you can print your shipping label and invoice for the sale. When preparing your shipment:
  • Place the invoice inside the box with the item, so StockX staff can verify the contents.
  • Attach the shipping label to the exterior of the box so it can be scanned at the shipping carrier.

You are expected to print your label and invoice, package your item, and drop off the shipment at the StockX-designated shipping carrier within 2 business days of the sale.

Listings Marketplace
After selling a Listings Marketplace item, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

You have 2 business days to ship the item after the sale. If you do not ship within 30 days, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the buyer will be refunded.

Note, Listings is currently available to select sellers. Join the seller waitlist to get notified when access expands.
