Shipping costs depend on whether your item is sold on the Listings Marketplace or the Verified Marketplace. At the launch of the Listings Marketplace, sellers pay no shipping fees; the buyer covers shipping at checkout. Verified Marketplace shipping costs are deducted from your payout and vary by location and item details.

When an item sells on the Listings Marketplace, StockX provides a prepaid shipping label. The buyer pays the shipping fee at checkout, so there is no shipping cost for the seller to ship the item to the buyer. In the event of a return, the seller would pay a shipping fee to get the item shipped back.

Please note: Listings is currently available to select sellers. Join the seller waitlist to get notified when access expands.

When an item sells on the Verified Marketplace, the shipping cost is deducted from your total payout. Once the transaction is complete, your shipping label will be available in the Pending section of StockX Pro.

Package your item and drop it off with the shipping carrier using the label provided. After the item arrives and the StockX verification team confirms the item and condition, your payout will be released.

Please note: StockX adjusts shipping costs for heavier items and multi-item packs. Use the label provided even if the weight shown appears incorrect.

If a commercial invoice is required for international shipping between continents, StockX will include one alongside the UPS shipping label. If no commercial invoice is included, one is not required. Learn more: Shipping Instructions.

Depending on your location, free shipping may be available through a StockX drop-off location.
