Multiple failed login attempts to StockX may result in your account being temporarily blocked as a safety precaution.
This error message will only occur when you attempt to log in numerous times with an incorrect password.
In this case, an email will be sent to the address on file titled "An alert regarding your account and follow the instructions to unblock your account." This email will provide you with instructions on reinstating access to your account.
What do I do If I don't receive an email from StockX about accessing my account?
If you don't receive an email from StockX after being locked out of your account due to multiple failed login attempts and the message doesn't appear in your spam or junk folder, the most likely issue is that your StockX account is connected to a social media account.
In this case, please double check the email account you utilized in the creation of your social media profile to see if the email has been sent there. Keep in mind, if you created your account through a social provider, your password will not be stored by StockX and a password reset will need to be completed through the social provider. For details on password reset, refer to FAQ: How do I reset my StockX password?
