What is the StockX Return Policy?

Eligible purchases in the US can be returned within 14 days of delivery for StockX Credit. If your item qualifies, it will be labeled "14 Day Return" on the product page and in your Buying History.

If your item isn't return-eligible, the No Fee Resale option lets you resell with no selling fees within 90 days of delivery. Learn more: What Is No Fee Resale?

Before you get started
Returned items must be unused with the StockX tag or sticker still attached. Two-Step Verification must also be enabled on your account to receive StockX Credit. Learn more: Two-Step Verification

Starting a return
  • Go to Profile > Buying > History.
  • Select the order and tap "Start Return" on the Order Details page. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • StockX will provide a prepaid shipping label. The item must ship within 7 days of initiating the return.
If this option is not available, ensure your StockX application has been updated to the most recent version.

If you checked out as a guest, you must link your order to an account prior to returning for credit credit. Return instructions can be found in your order delivery confirmation email. Learn more: Do I need to make an account in order to checkout?

What to expect
All returns are reviewed by StockX's risk prevention partner. Returns flagged as high-risk may be denied. Once your return arrives at the StockX facility, please allow 1–2 days for the item to reach a verification expert. Processing takes a minimum of 3 business days.
