- StockX's verification team inspects each item, or the item ships directly from a StockX Verified Seller.
- Every item meets StockX's condition guidelines for "new" before the item reaches the buyer.
StockX Listings Marketplace
- StockX Listings Marketplace sells used, worn, and vintage items, along with new items in some cases.
- Items ship directly from the seller to the buyer.
- For eligible items, you can purchase StockX verification at checkout. When selected, the item ships to a StockX Verification Center for inspection before being sent to you.
How to check an item's condition on StockX Listings Marketplace
Each listing shows one of three condition levels, set by the seller:
- New – Unworn, with no signs of wear. Original packaging or brand materials are included where applicable.
- New – Other – Unworn, with no signs of wear, but original tags, accessories, or packaging may be missing, or the item may have a minor flaw. Listing photos show specifics.
- Used – Shows signs of wear.
Each Listing also includes seller-provided photos and written notes on wear, sizing, or missing accessories. The buyer should review the photos and notes carefully before purchasing, since the listing reflects what the buyer will receive. A buyer who wants more detail can message the seller directly from the listing.
StockX Live Marketplace
- On StockX Live, sellers stream video of items for buyers to make offers on or buy in real time. Items sold on StockX Live ship directly from the seller to the buyer.
- Item condition on StockX Live may be new or used, depending on what the seller offers during the stream.
How to check an item's condition on StockX Live
The seller communicates item condition during the livestream through the video, verbal descriptions, and any on-screen notes the seller provides. The buyer should watch the item on camera before making an offer or buying, and can ask the seller questions live for more detail.
