StockX offers two options for managing your account data: removing your billing information or submitting a full account deletion request. Billing information can be removed by contacting Customer Service, while a full account deletion is submitted through the StockX Trust Center.
Delete your billing information
To remove your billing and shipping address and any credit cards on file, select "Delete Billing" when submitting your request. You can review your current billing information in the
Wallet tab of your StockX account.
Delete your account
To delete your account entirely, visit the
Trust Center and submit a "Deletion Request."
Please note: some account information is retained after deletion for legal and security reasons, including transaction records required for tax purposes and potential legal disputes. This is consistent with data privacy laws, including the GDPR, which do not require deletion of all information.
