How do I ship sneaker packs sold on StockX?

Sneaker packs on StockX ship differently depending on pack type and condition. Used sneaker packs can be sold and fulfilled through the Listings Marketplace and Live Marketplace. Brand new, deadstock condition sneaker packs in the original box can be sold through the Verified Marketplace and Live Marketplace follow specific packaging guidelines based on pack style.

Slide Out Drawer Packs
  • Option 1: Ship the entire product box with the sold shoes inside.
  • Option 2: Place the sold shoes in one of the slide out drawers.
    • Keep the product box and the remaining pair of sneakers.
    • Package the drawer securely to protect the shoes during transit.

Connected Packs
Connected packs have pull out boxes joined down the middle.
  • Option 1: Ship the entire product box with the sold shoes inside.
  • Option 2: Cut through the connection down the middle of the product box.
    • Ship the sold sneakers in the pull out box on the sold side of the pack.
    • Keep the remaining pair and pull out box. Both the seller and buyer will retain part of the product box.

Single Box Packs
  • Option 1: Ship the entire product box with the sold shoes inside.
  • Option 2: Place the sold shoes in the replacement box included with the pack.
