New, unworn sneakers sold on the Verified Marketplace must include the correct brand-issued box with lid and a label that reflects the corresponding shoe size and style code. Boxes must be in good condition, though minor cosmetic imperfections may be accepted. For sneakers five years or older, slight discoloration or minimal storage damage may also be accepted.

Boxes may be accepted with minor dents, tears, or wrinkles on the lid from manufacturing, shipping, or storage. Boxes for sneakers five years or older may be accepted if they show slight discoloration or minimal damage from long-term storage.

Replacement boxes may be accepted as long as the replacement box meets these same condition standards.

Please note: Do not remove, tamper with, obstruct, or obscure any QR codes or RFID chips on the box.

For used or unique sneakers sold on the Listings Marketplace, describe the box condition accurately in the description of your listing.

If your Listings item does not have a box, clearly note that in the description. When shipping the item to the buyer or StockX, any standard cardboard shipping box works, as long as it's appropriately sized for the item (snug but not too tight) and properly sealed.
