What should I do if I think my account has been hacked or compromised?

If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately. Learn more: How do I reset my StockX password?

If you cannot access your account, StockX Customer Service will assist you further. Please advise of the issue before creating a new account, as this may result in additional suspensions, extended response times, or other account complications.

Unauthorized charges
If you notice an unauthorized charge on your StockX account, StockX Customer Service will assist you further. Please advise of the issue before issuing a chargeback with your bank. Issuing a chargeback without first notifying StockX may result in your account being locked.

Payment information safety
Your payment information is stored through StockX's payment processing partners, not directly on StockX, so your payment information remains secure even if someone gains unauthorized access to your account.

If your account is compromised and you would like your payment information removed, StockX will delete the payment information upon request. You can then re-add your payment information in Account Settings.
