Can I change my shipping address after my purchase has been confirmed?

Up to a point, you are able to change your shipping address once your purchase is confirmed. 

The easiest way to ensure your item goes to the correct address is to check that your shipping address is correct before purchasing an item. Any purchases you make on StockX will use the address we have on file. 

If you have changed addresses and forgotten to change it on StockX, you can request a change of address after you've purchased an item as long as you do so before it's verified. To request a change of address, please Contact Us by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the Help Centre page (or below) and provide the following information:

  • Any relevant information about your order
  • Your new address
  • Proof of identification and address

StockX is unable to change the destination country of a shipment once an order has been confirmed. We recommend checking that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.

Additionally, changes cannot be made to the following:

  • Orders placed using monthly instalments, such as PayPal Pay Later and Klarna Pay Now.
  • Orders placed using Alipay and WeChat Pay.
