Up to a point, you are able to change your shipping address once your purchase has been confirmed.
The easiest way to ensure your item goes to the correct address is to verify your shipping address is correct before purchasing an item. Any purchases you make on StockX will use the address we have on file.
If you have changed address and forgotten to change it on StockX, you can request a change of address after you've purchased an item as long as you do so before it's verified.
If you want to change your address, please include the following details with your request:
- Any relevant information about your order
- Your new address
- Proof of identification and address
StockX is unable to change the destination country of a shipment once an order is confirmed. We recommend double-checking that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.
In addition, changes cannot be made to the following:
- Orders placed using monthly instalments, such as PayPal Pay Later and Klarna Pay Now.
- Orders placed using Alipay and WeChat Pay.
