What is Xpress Ship?

Xpress Ship is a service from StockX designed to enhance the shopping experience for our customers by providing faster delivery times. Xpress Ship items are Seller items that have already been pre-verified and stored in our Verification Centres. As soon as you match a Seller’s Ask for an Xpress Ship item and an order is placed, it gets despatched immediately. When choosing Xpress Ship, you will find two shipping options: fast delivery with no additional shipping costs or for North America and Europe customers, an expedited 3-day delivery service with an additional shipping cost.

How can I identify Xpress Ship items?
Xpress Ship items are easy to identify on our platform. Just look for the rocket icon next to the product. Like all other items, Sellers will have their own Ask price listed for Xpress Ship items.

What is the shipping fee for Xpress Ship?
There is an increased shipping fee for 3-day delivery Xpress Ship items. This represents a premium compared to our standard shipping rate.

For all other Xpress Ship delivery options (US and non-US), there are no increased shipping costs.

What type of items are available for Xpress Ship?
The Xpress Ship programme is an ongoing initiative and we are continually working to increase the selection of items available for Xpress Ship.

How does verification work for Xpress Ship items?
Just like all other items on StockX, Xpress Ship items are subject to our proprietary, multi-step verification process from our team of verification experts. The difference is that these items have been pre-verified, which means that there’s no delay due to a Seller backing out or an item failing verification.

As a Seller, is my inventory eligible for Xpress Ship?
We are not currently accepting additional Sellers into this programme. Please stay tuned for further updates.
