Bulk Shipping is a convenient way to ship multiple items you sell on StockX. Instead of having to make multiple trips to drop off your items, save time and money by sending them all together in one box! Bulk Shipping is currently only available for trainers, clothing, accessories, collectibles and trading cards. Electronics are not eligible for Bulk Shipping.

Items from different categories can be dispatched together in one bulk shipment, however, please ensure that the total number of items does not exceed the category with the lowest maximum number of items allowed.

For example, if you want to ship Trainers and Accessories together from the United States, you can ship any combination of up to 12 items total because the category with the lower maximum number of items is Trainers (12 items).

The number of sales authorised per shipment for all eligible regions is limited to the following:

If the option to add an item to your bulk shipment is unavailable, the item will need to be shipped to our facility separately.

Please make sure that you complete a thorough inspection of your bulk shipment prior to sending it to our facility. StockX is unable to initiate a claim for any items that may be missing from the shipment upon arrival.

As well as checking your items, please ensure that your invoice is printed clearly and the QR code is fully visible. If the invoice is not clearly printed or the QR code cannot be scanned, the bulk shipment will be cancelled and returned.

At this time, an extension cannot be issued for an item that is a part of a bulk shipment. In order for an extension to be applied, the item must first be removed from the bulk shipment. The item can be added back to the bulk shipment once the extension has been applied.
