The Air Fear of God Raid Black is one of the newest sneaker models for Nike, in collaboration with Fear of God co-founder/designer Jerry Lorenzo. While the fixtures and detailing on the shoe are different, the body clearly takes inspiration from the Nike Air Raid, a shoe that Lorenzo has expressed deep fondness of.
The shoe uses a 3/4 cut high top style and is constructed of premium black suede. A black Nike swoosh is located at the mid ankle. Following the shoes, Air Raid inspiration, crisscrossing straps wrap around the midfoot and collar, while the minimal lacing system sits underneath. Finally, a rectangular midsole with special embossed text and a translucent double-stacked heel Zoom Air help complete this clean look.
