From streetwear to StockX site credit to free sneakers for a year, every eligible purchase comes with an incredible prize and the chance to win big. - Win from Home is open from November 27, 2020, at 5:00 AM GMT to November 30, 2020, at 04:59 AM GMT to legal residents of the United States/DC, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the People’s Republic of China (excluding Macao and Hong Kong), Taiwan, Japan, and Canada (excluding Quebec).
- Entrants must be 18+ (20+ for residents of Taiwan) to win.
- Each purchase on StockX provides the buyer with one entry, regardless of the price of the item purchased.
- In order to be eligible to win a sneaker prize, streetwear prize, collectibles prize, or luxury merchandise prize (watches and handbags), purchased items must be in the same product category (sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, handbags, or watches) as the applicable merchandise prize, except for entrants who are residents of Canada.
- StockX will randomly select potential winners on or around the purchase date for entrants who made a purchase and on or around December 16, 2020 for mail-in entrants. Entrants from Canada will be notified about their prize within five business days of their purchase pending their correct completion of the math skill test that is required to win. Potential winners will be notified via the e-mail address and/or telephone number provided during entry into Win From Home.
- Each entrant is limited to winning one grand prize or merchandise prize regardless of their method of entry or the number of items they purchased. This means that entrants who win either a grand prize or merchandise prize can only win general StockX site and shipping credit prizes (Canadian entrants are not eligible to win shipping credit prizes) with their remaining entries.
- For prize winners from China, the value of their prize cannot exceed 50,000 CNY.
- Prize Details:
- For merchandise prizes where a size is not specified, winners may request a specific size, and StockX will use good faith efforts to fulfill such requests but cannot guarantee availability.
- StockX site and shipping credit prizes must be used by February 25, 2021. Prize codes will be available for one-time use only and any unused credit will expire and cannot be used at a future date. Canadian entrants are not eligible to win shipping credit prizes.
- One-Time Free Shipping Code means $13.95 USD off shipping costs for a subsequent order. One-Time Half-Off Shipping Code means $6.98 USD off shipping costs for a subsequent order. Canadian entrants are not eligible to win these prizes.
- Prize winners are required to complete any applicable tax forms before receiving prizes. Completed releases and forms must be returned within seven days of notification to winners.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- If a prize, or any portion of it, cannot be awarded for any reason, StockX will substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value or refund cash at the amount of the published ARV of the prize at the winner’s choice.
- Prize winners will be solely responsible for all taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive.
- StockX will permit potential winners a reasonable amount of time to accept their prize. If winners do not respond in a timely manner, their prize will be forfeited.
- StockX reserves the right to disqualify any individual and their entries that we find to be tampering with the entry process, the website, or the operation of Win From Home or to be acting in violation of the official rules of this or any other campaign, or behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Grand prize and merchandise prize winners will be notified by StockX shortly after their winning purchase or after their mail-in entry is selected as a winner.
