Back in 2008, adidas launched its innovative A-ZX project. Including collaborations with Colette, Bodega and Dave’s Quality Meats, the ambitious project saw 24 of adidas’ top consortium stores breathe new life into the legendary adidas ZX range.
Over a decade later, the A-ZX project is back for 2020 and again sees 25 of adidas’s biggest global partners reinterpreting the adidas ZX model. We’ve teamed up with Germany’s only participant, Bernard Komsoon, aka deadHYPE, to give you an exclusive chance to win a special F&F edition of the adidas ZX8000 deadHYPE “Thanos” in a US size 10.
Made up of a Thanos inspired purple and grey colourway and with only 1,500 pairs being produced, this is the first adidas ZX8000 not to feature the brand’s iconic three stripes. Each F&F pair and box has been individually hand-customised by leading Berlin tattoo artist, Gael Cleinow.

The giveaway opens on Friday, July 10, 2020, at 9:00 am BST and closes on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at 11:59 pm BST. One (1) Winner will be selected. Winners will receive one (1) pair of adidas ZX8000 deadHYPE “Thanos” sneakers in a US size 10. Promotion is open to legal residents of Germany, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
