Kanye West went full gospel dad earlier this month but is now released a pair of shoes that are out of this world. The 380 Alien is much different from anything we’ve seen him release with Adidas and even much more different from his more recent sneakers.
Taking a break from the warm and cozy “dad shoe”, West is back on the durable and light athletic grind. The mid-top features a grey and off white camo pattern made of prime knit. The pattern turns to a more streak-like pattern near the toe. Almost like the print on Turtle Dove 350s. The prime knit thins out on the side of the upper, for a more translucent look that has holes in it for breathability. The midsole might be the thickest “boost” midsole we’ve seen from the Yeezy line. It’s completely covered by a smooth outer layer in key lime green. The lace design follows that of the 350s, which the shoe is heavily based off of. The white laces stay neutral to the upper.
The Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 Alien originally released on November 16, 2019, at a retail price of $230. Head over to the StockX marketplace to buy or sell a pair today!
