Basketball is back! It seems like forever, doesn’t it? If you’ve been watching the first couple of nights of the NBA you’ve seen a lot of new styles and colorways debuted but we can’t help but wonder what new designs will become future classics. Though we did see Shump break out a pair of Jordan 11 72-10s, shoes like Nike’s LeBron Soldier 10 and Kyrie 2, as well as adidas’ Harden 1 and Crazy Explosive, and Under Armour’s Curry 3 seem to outshine the typical retro models we’ve come to expect to see in the NBA. The season is young, so we’ll surely see plenty of retros down the line and more than likely it will be some of the anticipated Retro Jordans that are set to release.
Air Jordan 3 True Blue
True Blue 3s really need no intro. This year’s release appears to be nearly spot on to the original from 1988. Old ‘heads rejoice!

The “Wheat” colorway is most commonly associated with Timbs and the original LeBron, the Air Zoom Generation All Star. The premium Jordan 4 Wheat has a retail price of $400 and early listings are between $600 and $800. Are you copping?
Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe”
The Jordan 1 is always one of the most popular retro releases, especially if it gets the “OG” treatment with a high-top cut and Nike Air branding. The Black Toe AJ1 is set to return in OG form. There’s already some action on these, so we expect it to be a similar release to previous Jordan 1 Retro drops.
