Panini has a busy week in front of them as they are set to release three different sets: 2020-21 Panini Mosaic Basketball, 2020-21 Panini Contenders Optic Basketball, and 2021 Panini XR Football. Meanwhile, Pokémon leads the way in the world of Trading Card Games as the Japanese High-Class Pack VMAX Climax kicks off their new releases in the month of December, alongside a Dragonite V and Hoopa V Box, three Eeveelution Premium Collections, and their latest Pokémon League Battle Deck. 2020-21 Panini Mosaic Basketball Hobby Box
After breaking away from the Panini Prizm line during the 2019-20 collecting season, 2020-21 Panini Mosaic Basketball is back. In addition to the base set and its many color variation parallels, popular subsets are making their return including Stained Glass, Rookie Autographs, and Rookie Scripts. The set will hold rookie cards from last season’s NBA Rookie Class with players like LaMelo Ball and Anthony Edwards.
The 2020-21 Panini Mosaic Basketball Hobby Box comes packed with 15 cards per pack, and 10 packs per box. You can look to find one autograph, five Silver parallels, 15 Mosaic parallels, and 20 inserts per box.
The 2020-21 Panini Mosaic Basketball Hobby Box will be released on December 3rd at online and local trading card hobby shops. Blaster Boxes, Mega Boxes, and Hanger Boxes will also begin to appear on shelves of Targets and Walmarts around this time.
2020-21 Panini Contenders Optic Basketball
2020-21 Panini Contenders Basketball is the third iteration of the chromium NBA set that utilizes a ticket-inspired design. The set offers a wide variety of cards to chase after including limited print-run color variation parallels, a mix of on-card and sticker autographs, and themed inserts such as Lottery Tickets that feature NBA lottery picks from the 2020 NBA Draft against a lottery ticket inspired background. Rookie Ticket and Rookie Ticket Autographs are truly the highlight of the set and include top young talents like LaMelo Ball, Anthony Edwards, Tyrese Haliburton, plus others.
The 2020-21 Panini Contenders Optic Basketball Hobby Box contains one pack that holds six cards. You can look to find one autograph, two inserts, and two limited print-run parallels inside of each box.
The 2020-21 Panini Contenders Optic Basketball Hobby Box is due out on November 26th at online and local trading card hobby shops.
2021 Panini XR Football
Named for the “X” design on the backdrop of every card, 2021 Panini XR Football will only be available in hobby box format, meaning you will not be able to find these cards on the shelves of retail stores. The base set is composed of 200 cards, 100 veterans, and 100 rookies. The set holds a wide array of limited print run color variation parallels, as well as plenty of rookie autograph, relic, and autograph relic cards from subsets such as Rookie Triple Swatch Autographs, Rookie Xcellence Autograph Swatches, and Rookie XL Materials. Rookie cards and autographs can be found for members of the 2021 NFL Draft Class including Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields, Mac Jones, and more.
The 2021 Panini XR Football Hobby Box comes with seven cards per pack, and two packs per box. You can expect to find two autographs, one memorabilia card, two rookie cards, one insert, and four parallels inside of each box.
2021 Panini XR Football becomes available on December 1st at online and local trading card hobby shops.
Pokémon High-Class Pack VMAX Climax
The Pokémon High-Class Pack VMAX Climax is a Japanese language Pokémon card set that continues the High-Class Pack tradition of including a large number of reprinted cards, with this edition focusing on Pokémon V and VMAX. Pokémon VMAX Climax brings back Character Rare cards, which will include Pokémon and their trainers featured on a Full-Art card. You can look to find Character Rares for Pikachu VMAX, Eevee, Zamazenta V, plus more.
The Pokémon High-Class Pack VMAX Climax Booster Box comes with 10 packs per box, and 11 cards per pack. Each booster pack is guaranteed to contain a chase card whether it be a Pokémon V, VMAX, V-UNION, or Secret Rare.
Pokémon High-Class Pack VMAX Climax Booster Boxes will be released in Japan on December 3rd.
Pokémon Dragonite V Box and Hoopa V Box
Dragonite V and Hoopa V are two of the hardest Pokémon to catch, but with this pair of V Boxes, you can add them to your collection with ease. Each box comes with one foil promo card and one oversized foil promo card featuring either Dragonite V or Hoopa V, four assorted Pokémon TCG booster packs, and a code for the online Pokémon card game that will unlock a digital booster pack.
Both the Pokémon Dragonite V Box and the Hoopa V Box will be released on December 3rd wherever Pokémon cards are sold for a retail price of $20 for each box.
Pokémon Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon VMAX Premium Collections
Harness the elemental power of the Eeveelutions with this collection of three Premium Collections highlighting Vaporeon VMAX, Jolteon VMAX, and Flareon VMAX. These Premium Collections hold one etched card and one oversized etched card featuring Vaporeon VMAX, Jolteon VMAX, or Flareon VMAX, one full-art card of Vaporeon V, Jolteon V, and Flareon V, six booster packs, one large metallic coin, and a code for the online Pokémon card game.

Pokémon Single Strike and Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX League Battle Decks
With the latest round of Pokémon League Battle Decks, you have the choice between the extreme power of Single Strike Urshifu VMAX or the furious attacks of Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX. Yu-Gi-Oh! Brothers of Legend Booster Box
Yu-Gi-Oh! Brothers of Legend is an all-foil booster set that brings nearly 60 never-before-released cards from the first six Yu-Gi-Oh! animated series in addition to over 30 returning cards. The set also offers another chance to acquire the tournament mainstay, Forbidden Droplet, which causes your opponent the inability to activate cards or the effect of cards, with the same original type as the cards you sent to the Graveyard from your hand and field.

The Bandai Gundam x Nike SB Unicorn (Destroy Mode) (1/144 Scale) Model Action Figures were released for pre-order back in September of 2021. The individual model action figures were sold for a retail price of $27 each and $54 for the set. While the figures were previously shipped to some countries in Asia, this week, the figures are scheduled to ship in the United States. So, if you missed out on the pre-order and have been eyeing these model action figures, this week could be a very good time to pick them up.
