I am someone who loves to have a trusted source behind the things that matter most to me. When it comes to cooking, I go for the recipes from the chefs I know and love. Or when I need a good book recommendation, I ask the friends who have a #booktok following. And most importantly, when it comes to shopping, I research the blogs and listicles that are backed by editors and insiders within the industry. I especially love finding editor-approved gift guides from my favorite websites because they are the ones who work with the products every day, discover new brands, and constantly research the trends and releases.
So with holiday shopping in full chaos mode, I thought what better time than to ask our StockX team what’s on the top of their wish lists this year. From merchandising to creative and marketing, I made sure to round up members from different departments so you could find a style POV that fits with your specific fashion vibe. Here is the StockX team’s holiday dream list.
Arianna Nonahal – Director of Integrated Marketing
“For the holidays this year, my wishlist is filled with picks that (hopefully) stand the test of time and don’t lean too far into momentary trends. From the Goyard tote to a standout pair of New Balances and a classic The North Face jacket, I’m leaning into comfort and utility with timelessness. To all those shopping for me, take notes.”
Damien Hooper-Campbell – Chief Impact Officer
“Here’s the thing, I love most things Salehe – his ability to respect the motif of the collab partner while also weaving in his unmistakable creative imprint is unparalleled. The execution on these Union Off Noir kicks does the most and at the same time remains refined. Gotta have ‘em. And this YSL situation is bananas – saw it in a boutique in London recently and they didn’t have my size… but guess who dooooesss?!”
Candace Currin – Director of Merchandising, Apparel
“I’ve been eyeing a new puffer jacket for a few winter’s now… I especially love this cropped style from The North Face. The extra shine material makes it feel like a modern twist on their classic Nuptse style.
Rabanne is one of my favorite brands of all time… their recent H&M collab did a perfect job of capturing the brand’s luxe style for a lower price point. I loved this military jacket when I first saw it.
I’ve been loving the extra large tote trend this fall season, and when I saw Jacob Elordi photographed with this bag I knew I had to have it.”
Sam Aprile – Cultural Marketing Manager
“All of Kiko’s work with ASICS over the last handful of years has been nothing short of incredible and innovative. I want to collect them all. This pair in particular does a great job of distorting logos and shapes to create a completely new silhouette in Kiko’s unique style of reimagination, while still feeling like a pair of normal-ish ASICS.
New Balance almost never re-issues collaboration shoes from the past, so when I saw these were dropping again I got super excited since I missed out on the initial drop back in 2013. Many would say these are the best 998 collaboration ever – the colors, paneling, and materials are just spot on.
While I love some Salomon XT-6 and XT-4 models as much as anybody else, I’ve been really into their retrofuturistic ACS Pro model lately and have been eyeing my first pair. This all-black version is super clean. I love the subtle patent leather overlay that the Margiela team added to make this pop a bit.”
JaKaila Mustafa – Copywriter
“Sorry red, but green is my color of the year. This Goyard Jouvence Toiletry Bag, designed in the most perfect shade of emerald, is going to give me a good excuse to travel this holiday. The Denim Tears Rhinestone Zip-Up is not only cool and comfy, but dons multicolored rhinestones that perfectly compliment my lavishly laid-back style. And Dear Santa, the Aime Leon Dore New Balance 550s has been on my holiday dream list for quite some time, so any day now!”
Jamie Delaney – Associate Creative Director
“I know there’s a narrative (thanks TikTok) on certain Dads and guys being “hard to shop for”, especially during the holidays. I am here to debunk that myth with a stunning, well-thought-out, kind-of-basic-but-also-cool Dad gift list that will inspire all my fellow cool Dads. There are dozens of us (dozens!). From fancy hoodies, cozy jackets, and the typical electronic escapes, this list has a little something for everyone.”
