Part of the large triple collaboration, the Supreme UNDERCOVER/Public Enemy Counterattack Long Sleeve Tee was business up front and party in the back. For the Supreme Spring/Summer 2018 season the American brand joined forces once again with Japanese brand UNDERCOVER. But this time a third party was also involved, namely hip hop group Public Enemy. For the threesome the focus was on the groups third album “Fear of the Black Plant”. Here was a long sleeved option from the extensive collection. Whereas most of the original album’s artwork was front and center on most of the apparel, here the brand’s kept it simple on the front. Using the base of the Supreme all cotton long sleeve tee in black, added to the front in simple font is the album’s phrase “The Counterattack On World Supremacy”. Added in white, each word has its own line. In much smaller print underneath we see the UNDERCOVER logo and name along with Supreme. On the back though we do get the special album art featured. Fans and owners of the original compact disc will see that it is a direct copy of the CD cover released 28 years ago. Bold on the front and back the long sleeve option released on March 15th, 2018 for $58 in four color options.
