Known as the “Compton” edition, this Nike Kobe A.D. is a player exclusive edition for DeMar DeRozan. Inspired by DeRozan’s memory of watching the Lakes play the Jazz in the 1997 playoffs. They feature the date of the memory, May 12, 1997 on the lace tips. Other details include a picture of the street that DeRozan grew up on in Compton on the insoles and the logos on the tongue and back heel tab in a Jazz-themed purple and gold. Their release date is set for April 12, 2017 and they will retail for $160.
