How To Bulk Ship
- Sell your apparel items.
- Select items to ship in bulk.
- Pack box with invoices included(please place the correct invoices matching the correct items).
- Apply 1 label to the box.
- Ship as normal.

How To Pack Your Bulk Shipment Box
Sellers are still responsible for the condition of the items and their packaging, so pack carefully! Here’s the best way to make sure your items get to StockX safe and sound so you can get paid.
- Open shipping box and close bottom flaps. Secure the bottom of the box with packing tape.
- Place the invoice of each item into its corresponding bag or packaging. If the item does not come with original packaging, place the invoice and product into a separate bag.
- Pack your orders neatly into the bulk shipping box.
- Add in paper or bubble wrap into the shipping box, along any areas that have open space or larger void areas in the shipping box.
- Close shipping box flaps and secure using packing tape.
Things To Remember
- Apparel items cannot be shipped in bulk with other product types, such as sneakers or trading cards.
- Bulk shipments should be sent together in a box, not in a plastic bag.
- This feature is currently available to Level 4 and 5 sellers in the US and Canada only.
- Sellers can pack a maximum of 12 apparel orders together in one shipment.
- Invoices must still be placed inside the bag / packaging of each item.
- Remember to keep your drop off receipt from your shipping carrier. This helps us follow up on any issues with your shipment.
- Sold items must still be shipped within 2 business days.
- Pack carefully! Sellers are still responsible for the condition of their orders.
- Make sure to use the bulk shipping label. Any individual labels from your shipping carrier affixed to bulk shipping boxes will only be able to track the one shoe it corresponds with. All other contents will be at risk and won’t be tracked. Don’t put your shipment in danger!

You can edit or delete bulk shipments on stockx.com or on the mobile app.
Can I add an apparel item that I didn’t set up in the bulk shipment?
To make sure your shipment can be tracked accurately, please only include items you’ve set up in the bulk shipment on stockx.com or your app. If you can fit an extra apparel item, edit the bulk shipment and add another item, up to 12!
