Have the freshest car on the block with the new Supreme Tamiya Hornet RC Car. It might not be able to fit anyone else, or even you, but this RC car is unlike any released before it. Part of the streetwear giant’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection, the newest accessory was highlighted on the brand’s Instagram page. For those that don’t know Tamiya and the Hornet model are mainstays in the RC car world. Made in the 80’s the revolutionary design and build has lasted the test of time. That trend continued into Supreme’s build. Signature details include the durable ABS resin bathtub frame with side bumpers. On top a shock absorbent polycarbonate body is adorned with Supreme graphics. Flames are added across the black body with Supreme branding most prominent on the large wing and faux windshield. Other branding and detailing on the body are similar to a stock version of the Hornet. Attached to the suspension are pin-spike tire treads ready for off-road duty. Finishing off the car is the powerful RS 540 motor. And to finish off the packaging is the signature black controller which of course has a red Supreme box label added. Retailing at $298 the Supreme Tamiya Hornet RC Car was a quick sell-out when it dropped on November 15th at most Supreme locations.
