StockX is a global marketplace, with customers in over 150 countries. To ensure we’re providing all our sellers with a great experience, we’ve partnered with Hyperwallet, a PayPal service, to introduce new payout management features, including the following:
- Expanded payout methods: Customers outside the US will now be able to be paid out via bank transfer.
- Local currency payout options: Get paid out in your currency of choice. Choose from over 43 currencies for bank transfer payouts, and 9 currencies for PayPal payouts.
- Payout tracking: View payout history and live status of your payouts.
Getting set up is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Head to your account settings and click “Edit” next to the Payout Info header (note that you’ll be directed to a new window).
2. Choose your account type, then provide and verify your information:
If you’re an individual seller, you’ll need to provide your date of birth and verify your address (if you’d like to change your address, you can do so on stockx.com/settings/selling).
If you represent a business when selling on StockX, you’ll need to provide your business registration info, company address, business contact info, and business contact address.
3. Create account security questions and review Hyperwallet’s Terms & Conditions.
4. Add or verify your preferred payout method.
Please note that due to EU Anti-Money Laundering regulations, sellers in Europe who represent a business when selling on StockX will need to submit documentation to prove business registration. Once documents are submitted, verification may take 1-3 business days. Rest assured, instructions will be sent via email after your first sale following the launch of this payout platform.
Make sure you have the most up to date StockX app to access these features on a mobile device. Once you’ve completed those steps, you’re good to go!
